The terms "you" or "your" refer to the user of Book Aero Fare.

All conditions outlined herein apply to you, and should you disagree with any part of these Terms, we advise you to discontinue your use of our Website immediately. Book Aero Fare reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement by posting updated terms at any time. We encourage you to regularly check this page for updates, especially during or before making a booking. Amended Terms become effective upon posting. Our services are targeted towards residents of the USA, and these terms apply accordingly; your IP address may be used to verify your location within this region.

WHEN YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE TO MANDATORY CLASS ACTION AND WAIVER A CLASS ACTION.

2. Use of Book Aero Fare Website

To use our Website or make a flight booking through our travel agents, you must satisfy certain conditions. By proceeding, you guarantee that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract with us.
• You will use Book Aero Fare strictly in accordance with these Agreement terms.
• You will make legitimate flight bookings for your personal use or on behalf of someone who has legally authorized you to do so.
• If acting on another's behalf, you are responsible for ensuring they are fully aware of and agree to these Agreement terms.
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and truthful.
• If you create an account on Bookaerofare.com, you will maintain its security, and our agents will monitor its usage to ensure it is used appropriately by you and no unauthorized individuals.

Book Aero Fare retains the right to deny any individual access to our Website or services for any valid reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Agreement terms.

3. Resolution of Disputes

Under this Agreement, you consent that Book Aero Fare may attempt to resolve any dispute or claim arising from our flight services or related to our Privacy Policy. You can initiate this process by contacting our customer care at +1(800) 903-1468 or by emailing us at support@bookaerofare.com. Should we be unable to resolve the Claim within 60 days, you may then seek redress through arbitration.

Governing Law; Submission to Jurisdiction

These Terms, along with our rights and those of third parties, are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Unless otherwise specified, both parties mutually agree that any Mandatory Arbitration will take place exclusively within the jurisdiction of a New Jersey court. As a user, you grant Book Aero Fare the consent to determine this. Unless explicitly stated differently, any Claims must be brought to our attention within 6 months from the date of the flight booking.

Mandatory Arbitration

All qualified claims will be resolved via arbitration, which is to be initiated by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You must assert all such Claims on an individual basis within small claims court in New Jersey, provided they meet the court's rules. This includes claims against Book Aero Fare, our subsidiaries, affiliates, airline suppliers, or any companies associated with us. This also applies to any Claims that originated prior to your acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions, even if a previous version was in effect. Book Aero Fare may also assert claims against you in small claims court. No judges or court review will be required for the arbitration outcome. As a user of Book Aero Fare, you understand that the arbiter may award damages similar to those a court might, including statutory damages, attorney’s fees, and costs, to enforce these Terms. You may choose to conduct the arbitration via phone, in person at our office location, or at another mutually agreed-upon location.

To commence the arbitration process, you must send a written request detailing your Claims to our legal team. If we initiate arbitration against you, we will provide full details with a notice sent to your registered email address. For a comprehensive understanding, please review the AAA's instructions available at www.adr.org.

Any proceedings aimed at resolving Claims will be conducted individually, not as a class action or consolidated action. Under no circumstances will a Claim proceed in court if it qualifies for arbitration, and Book Aero Fare waives your right to a jury trial for such Claims. This dispute resolution process is designed to resolve all claims against Book Aero Fare. Any Claim filed outside of this Resolution of Disputes process is considered inadequately filed and void.

4. Role as a Travel Agent and Third-Party Suppliers

Book Aero Fare operates as a travel agency. We do not provide the end travel services ourselves. The flight tickets, hotel accommodations, and other travel products you book through our Website are provided by third-party Suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and consolidators. When you make a booking, you are entering into a contract directly with the respective Supplier.

All information regarding flight schedules, availability, and pricing is sourced from these Suppliers. While we take diligent steps to ensure the accuracy of this information, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or changes made by the Suppliers. The terms and conditions of the specific Supplier you book with (e.g., an airline's contract of carriage) will apply to your booking in addition to our own terms. It is your responsibility to review and accept the Supplier's terms before completing a purchase.

5. Flight Booking Information

The flight-related information we provide is sourced from our airline partners and other third-party providers. While we take diligent steps to ensure the accuracy and currency of this information, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any inaccuracies or outdated details provided by these external sources. Please understand that all information displayed on our Website is subject to change without prior notice, and all flight services are subject to availability. As a user of Book Aero Fare, it is your responsibility to understand and fulfill all legal requirements for air travel, including passport, visa, and health insurance, and to provide us with the necessary documents to finalize your booking. We act solely as service facilitators, assisting you through our online platforms and customer support. The ultimate responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of all information and possessing all required travel documents rests solely with you.

When booking a flight with us, you must carefully review and adhere to the terms and conditions of the specific airlines involved, which are typically accessible on their respective websites. Flight fares are guaranteed only after you complete the purchase transaction and we issue a PNR (Passenger Name Record). Airlines may adjust prices without prior notification to us, and such changes are beyond our control. Book Aero Fare reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received by the stipulated date. If your itinerary involves multiple airlines, you must review the terms of each carrier independently. Airlines enforce varying rules and charges for changes, refunds, or exchanges. Should an airline-initiated change (cancellation or rescheduling) to one flight impact another segment of your itinerary, you are solely responsible for any associated fees or the cost of purchasing new tickets for the unaffected flight. Generally, any fees for changes, refunds, or exchanges levied by the airline are your responsibility. You must comply with all airline rules and restrictions, which differ between carriers. Always carry your outbound and return tickets, along with your confirmation email, throughout your journey, as airline authorities may request proof of your return ticket at check-in. Book Aero Fare suggests considering a combination of two one-way tickets instead of a single round-trip ticket for increased flexibility.

Opting for two one-way tickets may offer greater flexibility and a wider selection of flights, often at more competitive prices across different airlines compared to a round-trip on a single carrier. However, be aware that one-way tickets operate under their distinct terms and conditions. If a change to your first flight causes a delay impacting a subsequent one-way flight, you will be responsible for any applicable charges, and Book Aero Fare will not be liable in such scenarios. Please note that prices displayed on our website for low-cost carriers, when converted from other currencies to USD, are estimates. Minor discrepancies may occur due to currency fluctuations. Additionally, your credit card statement may show an international transaction fee or currency conversion charges levied by your bank when processing payments for tickets purchased in a foreign currency or country. Book Aero Fare is not responsible for these bank-imposed fees.

6. Flight-Specific Terms & Policies

International Travel

For international travel, the provisions of the Montreal Convention typically apply between the countries of departure and destination, limiting the airline's liability for passenger death or personal injury. As a passenger, it is imperative to possess all necessary documents for entry into foreign countries, including valid passports and visas (business, tourist, or transit), and to be prepared to present them upon government request. We are not liable if you fail to meet the entry requirements of a foreign land. You are responsible for reviewing all government-issued prohibitions, warnings, and advisories for your destination prior to travel.

Visa and Passport Requirements

You must consult the relevant Embassy or Consulate to confirm current visa and passport requirements before your travel. While we may suggest general requirements, these can change rapidly, and it is your responsibility to obtain the most up-to-date information directly from the Embassy before finalizing your flight tickets with us. Book Aero Fare bears no responsibility if you are denied boarding or entry because you failed to provide the necessary travel documents (e.g., correct passport, visa, or any other required documentation). Authorities, airlines, or countries (including transit countries) may demand these documents at any time, even during a brief stop where you do not leave the airport premises.

Baggage Protection Service

Our optional Baggage Protection service is provided by Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB). If you choose to avail this service, BRB will track your misplaced or mishandled checked baggage on your behalf. Once located, they aim to expedite the return of your bag within 96 hours from your flight's arrival time at your final destination. BRB baggage protection offers a reimbursement of $1,000 per person if your checked bag is confirmed lost. This reimbursement is processed to your chosen payment method. This baggage protection service is available for all flights, airlines, and destinations listed on Bookaerofare.com. BRB provides regular updates regarding your mishandled luggage to your registered email ID for your convenience. If you opt for BRB protection, you are generally not required to provide detailed proof of the bag's contents if it is misplaced or mishandled. If the 96-hour deadline is not met and BRB cannot locate your mishandled luggage, reimbursement will be initiated according to your selected plan.

Reporting Lost Baggage (BRB Protection):

• You must report lost luggage to Book Aero Fare & BRB within 24 hours of your flight's landing.
• To report, file a Mishandled Baggage Report on the BRB website or call them at 888-224-4243.

NOTE: You must file a lost baggage claim directly with the airline before reporting it to us and BRB.

7. Cancellations and Refunds (Flights)

Please be aware that most flight bookings made on Book Aero Fare are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Should you need to cancel a booking, please contact our customer care desk at +1(800) 903-1468 or email us at support@bookaerofare.com; we will gladly assist you with the cancellation process. For refundable cancellations, an administrative cancellation fee, as outlined in our Post-ticketing Fees, may apply, in addition to any charges levied by the airline or other travel service providers.

Our ability to process your refund request is contingent upon the airline's specific rules and procedures. We can only process your refund after the airline has approved the refund request; once approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Upon initiating your cancellation request, we will send an email notification to confirm that your request is in progress. During this process, we will deduct any applicable service fees from the original booking and return the remaining balance. As a travel agency, we rely on suppliers to process refunds. Once we receive the refund amount from the supplier, it may take additional time for us to process it and for the funds to reflect on your credit card statement. This entire process can sometimes take up to 60-90 days from the date we received your cancellation request.

Important Note: Our service fees are non-refundable. YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY THE FINAL PRICE AS QUOTED, REGARDLESS OF ANY INTERNAL CHANGES TO OUR SERVICE FEE STRUCTURE. Please meticulously review the final booking amount before confirming your reservation.

8. Intellectual Property

Bookaerofare.com, including its software, graphics, design, layout, and all published content, is either owned or licensed by People Inforamation LLC. As a user or visitor, you are permitted to view or use this content solely via a web browser. Any other use, including but not limited to copying, selling, distributing, reposting, modifying, or reusing any part of our intellectual property, is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Activity

You are required to use Book Aero Fare responsibly. All information and content provided on our Website is proprietary to us or our authorized sellers. You are permitted to make copies of your travel itinerary for personal use but agree that you will not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use our software and services beyond what is explicitly allowed.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book Aero Fare, its parent company People Inforamation LLC, our airline suppliers, agents, directors, and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, recoveries, fines, penalties, or other costs. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable legal or accounting fees incurred by us due to:

• Your violation of our terms and conditions;
• Your breach of any law or the rights of a third-party;
• Your use of Book Aero Fare.
