When you book with BookAeroFare.com, we want you to be confident you've received the best price offered. Under our Price Match Promise, if you find an all-inclusive price lower than ours for the exact same itinerary on a major U.S.-based Online Travel Agency (OTA) within 24 hours of booking, we will match the price and refund you the difference.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for our Price Match Promise, the lower-priced itinerary you found must meet the following criteria:

• Identical Itinerary: Every element of the booking must match perfectly. This includes the same airline(s), flight number(s), travel date(s), number of passengers, and cabin class (e.g., Economy, Business).
• Live & Verifiable Offer: The itinerary you find must be live on a competitor's site and available to be booked at the time you contact us. Our customer care representatives must be able to verify the offer in real-time.
• Major U.S. OTA: The lower price must be found on a major, accredited U.S.-based online travel agency website. This policy does not apply to prices found on airline-direct websites or meta-search sites (like Kayak, Google Flights).
• Total Price Comparison: The lower price must be the final, total price in US Dollars (USD), including all taxes and fees.

What Happens Next?

Our team will review your claim and attempt to verify the lower price. If your claim is approved, you will be given the choice to either retain your original itinerary with us and receive a refund for the price difference, or to cancel your booking with us for a full refund.

Policy Exclusions

This policy does not apply to prices offered through:

• Military, student, or government-exclusive rates.
• Tour operator fares, bulk fares, or vacation packages.
• Prices that are the result of a clear pricing error by the other travel agency.
• Offers that cannot be independently verified by our team.
