¹ Our Airline Tickets Are Non-Refundable unless otherwise specified. A refund option is only available if a) the airline's fare rules allow for a refund for your ticket, b) we are able to secure a waiver from the airline on your behalf, and c) you are not a "no-show" (you did not miss your flight).
² Airline Refunds/Future Credits are subject to the airline's own fare rules, policies, and procedures. Our fees are in addition to any fees charged by the airline.
³ Special Service Requests are not guaranteed. They are subject to the airline's review and final approval based on their policies. Documentation (e.g., visa decline letter, doctor's note) is often required.
All Service Fees (booking fees and post-ticketing fees) are non-refundable, charged on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis, and are subject to change without notice.
