Book Aero Fare charges an agency service fee of $25–$50 for flight change assistance, depending on complexity. This is in addition to any fee the airline charges. Your exact total is quoted before any action is taken — we never proceed without your confirmation.
Can I change a non-refundable ticket?
It depends on the airline and fare type. Many airlines allow date changes on non-refundable tickets for a change fee or fare difference. Some Basic Economy fares are non-changeable. Call us and our agents will review your specific ticket rules before advising.
How quickly can a flight change be completed?
Once you approve the quoted fees, we submit the change to the airline. Timing depends on the carrier. You receive an updated e-ticket by email after the airline processes the change.
What if there is a fare difference on my changed ticket?
If the new flight is more expensive, you pay the fare difference plus our agency service fee. If it is cheaper, any credit is handled according to the airline's policy. We explain all costs before proceeding.
