BookAeroFare.com, operated by PEOPLE INFORMATION LLC, is an independent travel agency. This Fulfillment Policy explains how we process, confirm, and deliver travel bookings made through our website or by calling our toll-free number +1 (800) 903-1468. By completing a booking with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described below.

1. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is processed and full payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation email at the address you provide. This email will include:

  • Your itinerary details (flight numbers, dates, times, and airports)
  • Passenger name(s) exactly as they appear on government-issued ID
  • Your unique booking reference or PNR (Passenger Name Record)
  • A summary of all fares, taxes, and fees paid
  • Instructions for managing your booking

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 hours of booking, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us at support@bookaerofare.com.

2. Ticket Delivery

All airline tickets are delivered electronically (e-ticket) to the email address provided at the time of booking. No physical tickets are issued. E-tickets are typically delivered within 24 hours of booking confirmation, though most are delivered within minutes. You can also retrieve your booking directly from the airline's website using your PNR and last name.

For bookings made by phone, our agents will confirm ticket issuance verbally and send a follow-up email. We recommend saving your confirmation email for check-in purposes.

3. Payment & Charges

Payment is collected in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Your charge will appear as BOOKAEROFARE or PEOPLE INFORMATION LLC on your bank or credit card statement. All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

The total charge includes the base airfare, applicable taxes and government fees, and our agency service fee. All fees are disclosed before payment is finalized. We do not charge any hidden fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the fare rules of the specific ticket purchased and the airline's policy. In general:

  • Tickets canceled within 24 hours of booking (and purchased at least 7 days before departure) are eligible for a full refund under DOT regulations.
  • Non-refundable tickets may be eligible for a future flight credit or travel voucher, minus any applicable airline fees.
  • Refundable tickets are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Our agency service fee is non-refundable once the booking has been ticketed.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval and may take additional days to appear depending on your bank.

Important: To initiate a cancellation, call us at +1 (800) 903-1468 or email support@bookaerofare.com. Do not contact the airline directly, as this may complicate the refund process.

6. Flight Changes

If you need to change your flight dates, times, or routing, contact our team as soon as possible. Change fees and fare differences depend on your ticket type and airline policy. For most tickets (excluding Basic Economy), airlines no longer charge change fees — you only pay the difference in fare, if any.

Our agents will search for the best available alternative flight and present options before any charges are applied. We do not make changes without your verbal or written approval.

7. Airline Schedule Changes & Disruptions

Airlines occasionally modify schedules, cancel flights, or cause disruptions due to weather, operational issues, or other factors outside our control. In such cases:

  • We will notify you of significant schedule changes as soon as we are informed by the airline.
  • If an airline cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost.
  • We will assist you in rebooking, requesting refunds, or obtaining travel credits from the airline.
  • BookAeroFare.com is not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by the airline.

8. Customer Responsibilities

As a traveler, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring passenger names match the government-issued ID used for travel.
  • Verifying all booking details (dates, times, airports) upon receiving your confirmation.
  • Arriving at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in and security.
  • Obtaining any required visas, passports, or travel documents for your destination.
  • Reviewing the airline's baggage policy prior to travel.
  • Contacting us promptly if any booking details appear incorrect.
