Travel Agent — Domestic & International
Handle inbound bookings, changes, and cancellations for domestic and international flights. Must be fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Requirements:
- ▸1+ year of travel agency or airline experience preferred
- ▸Familiar with GDS systems (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus) a plus
- ▸Excellent phone communication skills
- ▸Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Customer Support Specialist
Support customers with booking inquiries, flight status, and post-ticketing requests. This is a high-volume phone role.
Requirements:
- ▸Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- ▸Experience in customer service (travel industry preferred)
- ▸Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- ▸Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Digital Marketing Specialist — Paid Search
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across our travel service verticals. Improve Quality Scores, lower CPC, and drive qualified inbound calls.
Requirements:
- ▸2+ years of Google Ads experience (Search, Performance Max)
- ▸Experience with call tracking platforms (Ringba a strong plus)
- ▸Familiarity with travel industry advertising policies
- ▸Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
Web Developer — Next.js / React
Help build and maintain our Next.js website, flight booking integrations, and internal tools. You will work directly with leadership.
Requirements:
- ▸Strong Next.js and React skills
- ▸TypeScript proficiency
- ▸Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- ▸Eye for performance optimization and clean code
