Independent agency
Book Aero Fare is operated by People Information, LLC. We search and ticket published fares as a travel intermediary. We are not an airline and not affiliated with any carrier.
Remote U.S. roles
Most openings are remote and require U.S. work authorization. Our office is in Phoenix, Arizona.
Phone-first work
Agents help customers search fares, complete bookings, and request changes or cancellations by phone. English is required.
Pay discussed when you apply
Compensation depends on the role and experience. We discuss pay during hiring. We do not advertise a ranking or guaranteed bonuses on this page.
Open roles

Travel Agent — Domestic & International
Take inbound calls and complete bookings as an independent-agency agent. Handle changes and cancellations by phone. Ticketing is done through our GDS after an agent confirms the itinerary.
Requirements
- Travel-agency experience preferred — airline employment is not required
- Familiarity with Amadeus or another GDS is a plus
- Clear phone communication in English
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Authorized to work in the United States
Customer Support Specialist
Answer booking questions, explain our $25 agency service fee, and pass change or cancel requests to a travel agent. This is a phone role.
Requirements
- Customer-service experience; travel experience is a plus
- Clear verbal communication and problem-solving
- English required
- Reliable internet and a quiet workspace
- Authorized to work in the United States
Web Developer — Next.js / React
Maintain the Book Aero Fare website and internal tools. The public site shows live fares for search; agents ticket confirmed itineraries. You will work with the existing Next.js codebase.
Requirements
- Next.js and React experience
- TypeScript proficiency
- Experience with REST APIs
- Authorized to work in the United States if applying as an employee
