People Information, LLC (Book Aero Fare) is an independent travel agency, not an airline. We charge a flat $25 agency service fee on all online bookings — in addition to the airline fare, taxes, and government-imposed surcharges. The $25 fee is shown in the price breakdown before a card token is stored. You are charged when the ticket is issued. The fee is non-refundable once a ticket has been issued, except where the law requires otherwise. We do not sell travel to residents of California, Florida, Washington, Hawaii, or Iowa.
