Price review, not a guarantee

People Information, LLC (Book Aero Fare) is an independent agency. If you find the same itinerary at a lower publicly bookable total within 24 hours of your request, we may refund the difference after an agent verifies the claim. We do not promise that every claim will be matched.

How It Works

Find a Lower Price

Within 24 hours of booking, find the exact same itinerary (same airline, flight numbers, dates, class) at a lower total price.

Contact Us

Call us at +1 (800) 903-1468 or email us with a screenshot or URL of the lower price. Have your booking reference ready.

We review the claim

An agent verifies whether the itinerary and total qualify. If they do, we refund the difference to the original payment method, typically within 7 business days of approval. If they do not, we explain why.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match, all of the following must apply:

  • The lower price must be found within 24 hours of your original booking with us
  • The itinerary must be identical — same airline, same flight numbers, same departure/arrival airports, same dates and times, same fare class (economy, business, etc.)
  • The lower price must be publicly available and bookable at the time of your claim
  • The lower price must be the total price including all taxes, fees, and charges
  • The claim must be submitted before your ticket is issued (or within 24 hours if already issued)
  • One price match claim per booking

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for price matching:

  • Flash sales, limited-time deals, or promotional fares that are no longer available
  • Member-only fares, credit card exclusive fares, or employee/industry fares
  • Fares from auction-style websites or opaque booking platforms (e.g., Priceline Express)
  • Codeshare flights, charter flights, or flights not operated by the primary airline
  • Fares in different fare classes even if the price is lower
  • Prices found after your departure date has passed
  • Package deals that bundle flights with hotels, car rentals, or other services

Submit a Claim

Claims can be submitted by phone or email. Have the following ready: your BookAeroFare booking reference, a screenshot or URL of the lower price, and the name of the website where the lower price was found.
