New bookings: $25 agency fee shown in the breakdown, charged when ticketed. Refunds follow the airline’s fare rules. Later phone help is $25–$50 plus any airline charge, quoted first.
How It Works
You can book a new flight online, or call for help on an existing ticket.
Call with your booking details
Have the record locator or e-ticket number ready. You can also search a new flight online if cancelling is not the better option.
We explain refund vs credit
We check the airline’s fare rules first. If the 24-hour rule applies, what you paid can go back to your card, including the $25 fee. After that, the fare rules decide refund or credit.
You approve the assistance fee
When the airline’s 24-hour rule applies, that assistance fee is $0. After that, phone help is $25–$50 plus any airline charge, quoted before we proceed.
We submit only after you approve
We cancel only after you confirm. An approved refund goes to the original card. Posting time is set by the airline and your bank.
What We Can Help With
Book Aero Fare is an independent agency. Here is exactly what we offer and how each service works — no surprises.
Refunds Follow the Fare Rules
If the airline’s 24-hour rule applies to that unused ticket, we can return what you paid, including the $25 fee, to your original card. We confirm the fare qualifies first. After that, a refundable fare may go back to the card only if the airline approves it. A non-refundable fare is often a credit.
Call to get startedTravel Credit & Vouchers
For non-refundable tickets, many airlines issue future travel credits. Our agents explain your options, typical value, and how credits usually work — subject to the airline's rules.
Call to get started24-Hour Cancellation Rule
U.S. DOT rules generally allow cancellation within 24 hours without an airline penalty when the unused ticket was bought at least 7 days before departure. If the fare rules allow that void, we return what you paid, including the $25 fee. We confirm this before we cancel.
Call to get startedWaiver & Exception Requests
Some cancellations may qualify for a fee waiver due to medical, military, or airline-initiated changes. Our agents review eligibility and submit a request on your behalf. Approval is up to the airline.
Call to get startedTransparent Price Breakdown
Phone change, cancel, and upgrade help is priced separately from a new online booking. You see the full quote before we submit anything.
The $25–$50 assistance fee is quoted on the call and is separate from any airline change, cancel, or upgrade charge. New flights booked online still include a flat $25 agency fee shown in the breakdown and charged when ticketed. View full fee schedule →
