All Flight Change Services We Handle

One call covers every type of flight modification — on any airline.

🔄Change Your Flight Date or Time

Need to move your travel dates? Most major US airlines have eliminated change fees on standard economy fares and above — you only pay the fare difference if the new flight costs more. If the new flight is cheaper, you typically receive a travel credit for the difference. We handle date and time changes for Delta, United, Alaska, Southwest, Frontier, American, JetBlue, and more.

Cancel Your Flight & Get Credit

Cancelling doesn't mean losing your money. Most airlines convert non-refundable tickets to travel credits valid for 12 months or more (Southwest credits don't expire). Refundable fares get full cash refunds. We verify your exact fare rules before cancelling — so you always know exactly what credit or refund to expect.

Same-Day Flight Changes

Heading home early or need a later departure today? We handle same-day confirmed and same-day standby requests on Delta, United, Alaska, Southwest, and American Airlines. Some carriers charge a flat fee for same-day confirmed changes (Delta: $75, Alaska: $50); others offer it free with elite status. Call us on your travel day and we process it instantly.

✏️Name Corrections on Any Airline

Misspelled your name on an airline ticket? Minor typos (a few letters off) can typically be corrected at no charge on most airlines. Legal name changes (marriage, divorce) may require documentation and a fee. Complete name transfers to a different person are generally not permitted — airline tickets are non-transferable. We check what is permitted for your specific ticket and process the correction.

💳Use Your Travel Credits & eCredits

Have an unused Delta eCredit, United FutureFlightCredit, Alaska My Wallet credit, or Southwest Flight Credit? We locate your existing credits, confirm the balance and expiry date, and apply them toward a new booking on the same call. Don't let your travel credits expire — call us and we will put them to use.

🔀Cancel & Rebook on a New Itinerary

Changed your plans entirely? We handle cancel-and-rebook on the same call — cancelling your original flight and immediately booking a new itinerary using your travel credit or a new payment. This ensures your credit is applied correctly and prevents it from being lost in your account. Available for all major US and international airlines.

Flight Changes & Cancellations — Frequently Asked Questions

How do I change my flight without paying a fee?
Most major US airlines — Delta, United, Alaska, Southwest, JetBlue, and American — have eliminated change fees on standard Economy and above. You only pay the fare difference if the new flight costs more. Basic Economy fares are the exception and generally cannot be changed after 24 hours. Call us and we verify your exact fare rules before making any changes.
What happens to my money when I cancel a non-refundable flight?
On most US airlines, cancelling a non-refundable ticket does not mean you lose the money. Instead, the full ticket value is converted to a travel credit: Delta eCredit, United FutureFlightCredit, Alaska My Wallet, or Southwest Flight Credit. These credits can be used for any future booking on that airline. Southwest credits issued after July 28, 2022 do not expire.
Can I change the name on my airline ticket?
Minor spelling corrections (a few letters) are typically free on most airlines. Legal name changes due to marriage or divorce may require documentation. Complete name transfers to a different person are not permitted on any major US airline — tickets are non-transferable. We verify what is possible for your specific ticket and carrier.
What is the 24-hour flight change rule?
US Department of Transportation rules require airlines to allow a full refund or free change within 24 hours of booking for flights departing 7 or more days out (some airlines use a 7-day rule, others 24 hours). This applies to ALL fare types including Basic Economy. Call us immediately if you need to cancel or change within this window.
How do same-day flight changes work?
Same-day flight changes let you switch to an earlier or later flight on the same travel day. There are two types: Same-Day Confirmed (guaranteed seat, usually a flat fee) and Same-Day Standby (listed for an earlier flight, seat not guaranteed). Delta charges $75 for confirmed (free for Medallion); Alaska charges $50 (free for MVP Gold); Southwest includes it free for Wanna Get Away Plus and above.
What are travel credits and do they expire?
Travel credits are issued when you cancel a non-refundable flight. Each airline has its own name: Delta eCredits, United FutureFlightCredit, Alaska My Wallet, Southwest Flight Credit. Expiry varies — most expire 12 months from the original ticket issue date. Southwest credits from July 2022 onward do not expire. Our agents can locate your credits, confirm their value, and apply them to a new booking.
Can I change an international flight?
Yes. Most major airlines allow date and time changes on international flights for the fare difference only (no change fee on Main Cabin and above). Complex international itinerary changes — multi-city, partner airline segments, or codeshare flights — are best handled by a live agent. Call us and we access the full itinerary in real time.
What if my airline cancelled my flight?
If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund to your original payment method — or a free rebooking on the next available flight. This is different from a passenger-initiated cancellation. Call us immediately when you receive a cancellation notice and we rebook you or initiate the refund request on your behalf.
